1. Lost or Damaged Orders
In the event that your order is lost during transit or arrives damaged, you are entitled to a full refund, including delivery charges, or a replacement item at no additional cost. For damaged orders, please provide photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving the item. Claims for lost orders must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or offer a full refund, including delivery charges. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect order to arrange for a return or exchange.
3. Wrong Address Provided
If the customer provides an incorrect address and does not inform us in advance of shipment, we are not responsible for any parcel loss.
4. How to Request a Refund
